With summer just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to take advantage of all the J has to offer and with exclusive benefits for new members, there has never been a better time to join. The 60 & Better Center is already welcoming back seniors for classes, both in person and virtual, kosher hot lunches, and the upcoming Mother’s Day Celebration in the new outdoor tent. 

To kick off an action-packed summer, the outdoor pool will be opening Memorial Day weekend and Camp at the J (voted Best Day Camp in Cincinnati 2020) is back for another summer full of laughter, adventure, and friendship. 

Board President, Marty Hiudt commented, “The J is such a great place, as we continue to embrace and navigate the challenges of the pandemic, we continue connecting people, one to another.” He added, “The Board and I couldn’t be prouder how the entire staff has performed especially in taking care of our Seniors, training and exercising our members and educating our youngest in the Early Childhood School.” 

The J is offering a wide range of fitness and wellness programs throughout the summer from the Summer Shape Up program to the Six Weeks to Shred program, available both in-person and virtually. There will also be outdoor fitness classes under the outdoor tent, which will be used for an array of purposes throughout the summer. 

From Jewish Community Night at the Reds game on June 1st to the annual J Classic on June 17th to, the J is bringing all of the programming and events that the Cincinnati Jewish community knows and loves as they strive to bring the community closer and help it flourish for years to come.
