Buckabee Brownies has been recognized by the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce.

At a recent meeting, the shop, which  opened in February 2019, was awarded as the New Business of the Year.

The store is the area’s only brick-and-mortar brownie store. It offers 24 permanent and seasonal flavors made from original recipes tested hundreds of times..

For the holiday season, Buckabee Brownies has concocted a flurry of limited-edition holiday treats.

“Our customers want to spend more time with family and less time in the kitchen, so we’ve created nostalgic flavors for this special time of year,” explained the owners, Miriam Spitz and her husband, Tom Kahan. “We love dreaming up new recipes, so we decided to go the extra mile for our shop’s inaugural holiday season.”

The limited-edition holiday flavors include: eggnog cream cheese, peppermint, Hanukkah sprinkles, and a pumpkin brownie. The holiday flavors will be available through the end of the year.
